Your use of color is beautiful, the hues create a gentle and calm atmosphere which just make the piece so much better <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

The composition is very clever, having the fish balancing out the piece. I think that without the fish, the piece wouldn't have as much of an impact on the viewer.

What I find quite wonderful about this piece is the way that the only real shading is on the woman's face and neck, which makes the fish and her hair stand out so much better.

My only recommendation would be to try and improve the impact this piece has on your viewer at a first glance. It is not particularly eye catching, as the colors are pastels (though they are beautiful when one gets to look at them). Maybe a strong background color? Just to make the piece stand out a little bit more? All in all though, it is quite magical <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
